North Rose murder suspect accused of dismembering victim goes to trial

The trial for a Wayne County man accused of shooting a Greece resident is underway.

The North Rose resident was accused of shooting and dismembering the Greece resident.

Aries Ash, 31, is facing nine felony counts including two second-degree murder charges. Maximillion Cook, 34, of Greece was the victim.

No motive has been released yet by prosecutors, according to the D&C. They report that three other people charged in connection with the incident have pleaded guilty.
