IPD investigating after multiple gunshots fired in Ithaca

On Sunday at approximately 7 p.m. the Ithaca Police Department responded to a call for shots fire in the 200 block of N. Albany Street.

Officers responded and began searching for potential victims, witnesses and evidence.

They did confirm that multiple rounds were fired off at that location, but no victims were found.

The investigation remains active and anyone with information should call the Ithaca Police Department.
