Police: Seneca Falls man released after violating protective order

A Seneca Falls man was ticketed after violating a protective order earlier in the week.

Police say that on Tuesday around 1 p.m. officers arrested Daniel White, 52, of Seneca Falls following an incident involving a court order.

White is accused of violating that protective order by being in the presence of the subject. Additional details of the incident were not released.

He was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and released.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
