Police: Man charged with sex abuse, forcible touching after incident at Seneca Falls business

The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a Henrietta man following a sex abuse investigation.

Naveed Hussain, 61, was charged with forcible touching, sex abuse, and unlawful imprisonment after an incident at a Seneca Falls business.

Police say Hussain forcibly restrained a female and inappropriately touched intimate parts of her body.

He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility pending arraignment.

The business was not identified by authorities.
