Police: Rochester man arrested on felony charges after selling cocaine to undercover officer in Penn Yan

The Penn Yan Police Department reports the arrest of a 29-year-old Rochester man on a number of drug charges, including two felony counts.

Steven Robinson Jr., 29, was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance – both as felonies – after selling cocaine to an agent with the Penn Yan Police Department.

The incidents occurred on two separate occasions, and resulted in a superior court warrant being obtained for his arrest.

He was arrained in Yates County Court and released to answer the charges at a later date.
