Fayetteville man charged with sex abuse, forcible touching in Seneca Falls

Police say a 24-year-old Fayetteville man was arrested on two sex abuse charges following an investigation in Seneca Falls.

On Thursday at 4:03 p.m. Michael Hoalcraft, 24, was charged with first-degree sex abuse and forcible touching.

He’s accused of subjecting another person to unwanted sexual contact while the victim was physically helpless.

He was arraigned and released. Police say Hoalcraft will appear in Seneca Falls Town Court to answer the charges.

A stay away order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
