Waterloo man accused of using Phelps business’ fuel card for personal vehicle

Sheriff Kevin Henderson says a 38-year-old Waterloo resident was taken into custody on a warrant following an investigation into illegal use of a fuel card from a local business.

Neil Amand, 38, of Waterloo is accused of using a fuel card from a Phelps business for his personal vehicle on December 14.




The alleged fraudulent purchase took place at the 7Eleven gas station on Rt. 14 in Phelps.

He will appear in local court at a later date.
