Police: Rochester driver charged with aggravated DWI after Seneca Falls stop

The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 35-year-old following a traffic stop on Fall St.

According to police, Joseph Bauer, 35, was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC over 0.18%, speeding, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and failure to notify the DMV of an address change.




During the investigation it was found that Bauer was intoxicated while operating his vehicle and did not notify DMV of his address change.

He was released and will answer the charges at a later date.
