As the state reopens, childcare is becoming harder to find

New York State is opening back up, but working parents are struggling to find childcare.

Even though the pandemic has made finding childcare difficult, it has simply exacerbated an already existing problem.




While a state task force attempts to address these issues, each county is deciding what percentage of childcare fees a subsidy parent would pay for their childcare, depending on their pay.
