Shortsville man faces felony robbery charge after stealing car from person on Water St.

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Shortsville resident following a robbery investigation.

Kyle Baker, 29, was arrested for second-degree robbery, which is a felony, following an investigation into a stolen car.


He’s accused of stealing the vehicle from a person on Water Street, in the town of Manchester during the early-morning hours on Sunday.

He was found and taken into custody in Clifton Springs, deputies said.

Baker was processed at the Ontario County Jail.
