In response to the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene in Asheville, North Carolina Church’s Flooring in Geneva is organizing a non-perishable food and water drive to help affected communities. Owner JJ Church is calling on residents to contribute donations, which will be delivered to the area later this week.

Donations of bottled water and non-perishable food items can be dropped off at Church’s Flooring showroom in Geneva through Wednesday evening by 5 p.m. A truck from JBC Pool Company will be transporting the supplies to Asheville on Thursday.

“The area has been completely turned upside down, and they need our help,” Church said. “Please take a moment to stop by and help improve the lives of those affected.”

In addition to Church’s Flooring, two other drop-off locations have been set up for convenience: the Seneca Falls Police Department and Austin Physical Therapy in Waterloo. Donations are pouring in, but Church encourages the community to continue contributing over the next two days.

For more information, contact Church’s Flooring or visit the showroom to make a donation.
