A Naples woman was arrested early Saturday morning following a single-vehicle crash in Ontario County.
Chelsea J. Marshall, 38, of Gulick Road, was taken into custody at 1:22 a.m. after Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a property damage accident on Canadice Lake Road. Authorities say Marshall was traveling south when she mistakenly turned into a private driveway, believing it was a road, and subsequently crashed her truck into a tree near the driveway.
Deputies determined Marshall was intoxicated by alcohol during their investigation. She was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and issued uniform traffic tickets before being released.
Marshall is scheduled to appear in Canadice Town Court at a later date to address the charges.
