Osteria Salina, an Auburn restaurant, ranks among New York’s largest tax delinquents, owing over $800,000 in unpaid sales taxes, according to reporting by The Auburn Citizen.
State records list Bellini USA Corp., tied to the restaurant, with warrants dating back to 2019.
While Guillermo Salinas, the restaurant’s longtime face, now identifies as its manager, ownership questions remain unclear.
Attorney Carl Joseph DePalma told The Citizen Salinas is no longer the owner.
