It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bryan D. Nolan, aged 49, who passed away peacefully, in his home, Monday, January 13, 2025 after a short illness. Bryan was a beloved father, brother, son, and friend and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Bryan was born on July 5, 1975 in Waterloo, NY to Victoria J. Nolan and William D. Nolan, Jr. He lived a life marked by his love of sports, music, nature, cars movies and art. His charm, personality, loyalty and hard work earned him many friends along his path. Tragically, Bryan had suffered from a traumatic brain injury since 1995 following a winter car accident. Despite the challenges, his family remained by his side throughout his recovery journey.
Bryan is survived by his daughter Krista Brown (David), his parents Victoria J. Nolan and William D. Nolan, Jr., his step-father Geoffrey Madera, his sister Patricia Shae Nolan Hilgers, his brothers William D. Nolan III, Kurtis Madera (Brittany) and many step-brothers, step-sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his godparents Mickey and Carl Cooper. A celebration of life will be held to honor his memory on July 5, 2025 on Cayuga Lake, Seneca Falls NY.
Bryan and his family want to thank the many caregivers that made his 30-year journey happy, healthy, safe and comfortable. He was so grateful and appreciative to all of you for giving the gift of being able to live with his family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Bridges for Brain Injury, 5760 Duke of Gloucester Way, Farmington NY 14425.
Rest in peace, Bryan. You will never be forgotten.
