Cayuga County will offer a free rabies vaccination clinic for pets on April 4, 2025, according to local health officials. The event runs from 4 to 6 p.m. at 41 York St. in Auburn and is open to dogs, cats, and ferrets aged four months and older.
Pets must be properly leashed or in carriers, and proof of prior vaccination is required for a three-year certificate—tags alone won’t count. Ferrets will receive one-year certificates only.
While walk-ins are allowed, organizers recommend registering in advance by calling the Finger Lakes SPCA.
