Breweries from the Finger Lakes and Central New York scored big at the New York State Craft Beer Competition, taking home multiple medals across key categories.
Gold medals went to Strangebird in Rochester, Okay Beer in Honeoye Falls, and The Other Half with locations in East Bloomfield and Canandaigua. Genesee Brew House also earned gold and added a bronze, while Prison City Brewing in Auburn and Keuka Brewing Co. in Hammondsport each won two medals.
Silver honors went to Lunkenheimer in Weedsport and Skaneateles Brewery. Bronze winners included Aurora Brewing, Birdhouse Brewing, Eli Fish, Liquid State, and New York Beer Project in Victor—cementing the region’s growing reputation in craft beer excellence.
