A traffic stop for speeding led to a felony drug-impaired driving charge in Seneca County on Saturday afternoon.
Police arrested Richard V. Sliski, 70, of Seneca Falls around 2:25 p.m. after pulling him over for speeding. Officers say they determined he was impaired by drugs at the time of the stop.
The Waterloo Police Department charged Sliski with one count of felony Driving While Ability Impaired by drugs. He also received a traffic ticket for speeding in a posted zone.
Sliski was issued uniform traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Fayette Court at a later date.
