Residents in the Village of Sodus Point have until April 30 to pay their water and sewer bills or face financial penalties. Village officials announced that a 10% late fee will apply to any payments received after the deadline. Unpaid balances will also be added to the June village tax bill.
Mailed payments must be sent to P.O. Box 159—not the village’s physical address—and postmarks will not be accepted as proof of timely payment. The Village Hall is open for in-person cash or check payments Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For those unable to visit during business hours, a drop box is available in the parking lot behind the Fire Hall.
An online payment option is also available at www.soduspoint.info, but it includes an additional fee. That portal will remain open from April 5 through April 30, closing at midnight.
