Wegmans is pulling one of its ready-to-cook meals from shelves due to a contamination concern. The grocery chain recalled its store-brand cook-in-bag braised beef with vegetables after reports of possible white rubber material inside the product.

The affected item carries a best-by date of April 16, 2025, and a UPC of 100-77890-61671-7. Customers who purchased the product are encouraged to return it for a full refund.

No injuries or illnesses have been reported. The company has not specified how the contamination occurred.
