Job seekers will have a chance to meet with more than 70 employers during a major Regional Job Fair at Corning Community College on Wednesday, April 23.
The free event runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the gymnasium at 1 Academic Drive in Corning. Organizers say the fair is open to the public and features a wide range of opportunities, including full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions.
Attendees can expect openings in manufacturing, skilled trades, healthcare, banking, finance, office and managerial roles, among others. In addition to meeting hiring employers, visitors will also learn about job training options and related services.
The fair is hosted in partnership with Corning Community College, the New York State Department of Labor, GST BOCES, and the Chemung-Schuyler-Steuben Workforce NY.
