REPORTS: Vehicle strikes buggy in Locke, leaves scene of accident

First responders in Cayuga County were called to the area of Route 90 at the intersection with Locke Summerhill Town Line Road for a reported car vs. buggy accident. By the end of 2018, about 4,000 residents in seven rural Cayuga County municipalities will have access to high-speed broadband internet through 400 miles of fiber network from New Visions Communications. Driver ID’d in fatal Locke crash

In an update Thursday night, police say the driver of the medical supply van involved in today’s serious accident in Locke on Thursday afternoon has died.
