A 19-year-old Canandaigua woman is facing a criminally negligent homicide charge after an investigation that spanned more than a year. On Wednesday at approximately 9:37 am deputies arrested a registered sex offender in Clifton Springs after failing to register. Deputies say Jeffrey P. Two longtime local benefactors have committed a combined $3 million for an upcoming renovation project at Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic. Marjorie Morris and G.W.
