Deputies: Rushville man charged with DWI after traffic stop in Canandaigua

Deputies say a 26-year-old Rushville driver was charged with driving while intoxicated after being stopped for speeding on Route 364. Nicholas R. Pasazi III, 26, was charged with driving while intoxicated after he was observed speeding and failing to keep right in his lane. Rushville man accused of strangling woman during domestic incident

On Monday at approximately 12:27 a.m. deputies arrested a 37-year-old Rushville resident following a domestic incident. Joshua G. Kuhner, 37, was charged with criminal obstruction of breath or blood circulation after allegedly strangling a female victim. Kuhner was held at the Ontario County Jail awaiting arraignment. more
