Deputies say a 24-year-old Phelps resident was arrested for possessing a controlled substance after a traffic stop on State Route 96 over the weekend. On Sunday around 1:40 am deputies arrested Dustin Wyatt Albrecht for fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop.
