Seneca Falls Town Board passes Local Law No.3 by 4-1 vote on Tuesday night (full video)

Separate investigations yield two welfare fraud arrests in Seneca Co.

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on December 2nd a pair of residents were arrested after independent investigations into welfare fraud. Deputies in Seneca County say that Susan L. Hurcomb, 56, of Willard was arrested on first-degree offering a false instrument for filing, fourth-degree welfare fraud, fourth-degree grand larceny, and misuse of food stamps — all Class E felonies.... more
