The Palmyra-Macedon girls swimming team hosted a double dual meet vs Marcus Whitman and Gananda Thursday afternoon. Marcus Whitman, who won the Finger Lakes League Title in 2017, was defeated by Palmyra-Macedon by a score of 92-80. Palmya-Macedon also beat Gananda 107-59. Olympic swimmer and former Canandaigua resident Ryan Lochte has been suspended for 14 months after receiving an intravenous infusion without a therapeutic use exemption, the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency announced Monday.
