Feeling Mentally Clear

Join author and health-coach Michel Gribble-Dates as she shares simple techniques for achieving mental clarity. This workshop is designed to help you eliminate the feeling of mental fatigue and grogginess upon waking in the morning. You’ll learn how to lift the smokescreen that obscures your mind – allowing you to feel more alert and focused throughout the day.
This 90-minute lecture with optional hands-on experimental learning will take place at the Loft at the Inns of Aurora. Bring a notebook and pen – grab a stool, chair or a floor cushion and get ready to lift the fog. We’ll supply tip sheets to take home, tea for sipping, and tools and techniques for sampling.
