Waterloo native Kristin Bauer-Gross will be teaching Intro to Commercial Acting Tues Jan 8th 6:30pm-9pm in Rochester, NY
Learn how to get started working as a commercial actor! Commercial acting is a genre of acting in which businesses are the client and bookings could include acting in commercials, infomercials, training videos, commercial print campaigns, internal videos and more. Commercial acting is the primary type of paid acting work available in upstate NY. Whether you are brand new to acting, are a theater actor interested in branching out to new opportunities or you are another type of talent such as a model, dancer or performer seeking to cross over or add acting to your talents this class will explain the nuts and bolts of how to get started as a commercial actor.
Please note: The ticket price does include one happy hour glass of wine for those 21+. Anyone under the age of 21 can enjoy a non-alcoholic beverage. A happy half-hour will take place from 6:30pm-7:00pm and the class will run from 7:00pm-9:00pm.

About the Teacher:
Kristin Bauer-Gross has been working as a Commercial Model & Actor for 20 years. She consistently makes the “Top Ten Most Booked Talent” annually with her commercial agent. She is also versed on the other side of the camera as the former Booking Director of AMS Models, Inc. Syracuse, NY and previously in the Scouting Department at Elite Model Management in NYC. Kristin has lived and worked in Miami and New York making her knowledgeable of both regional and major markets. She travels the nation as a presenter and spokesperson for Subaru and is passionate about helping others get unstuck and transform through her health and life coaching practice.
